Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
- Organiser: WeNine B.V. and BYSFL B.V., jointly trading as Soul Food Lovers, the organiser of RotiCruise.
- Event: RotiCruise, including any associated activities.
- Participant: the natural or legal person making a booking or buying a ticket.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all bookings, orders, ticket sales and agreements between the Organiser and Participant for RotiCruise. By making a booking or buying a ticket, you accept these terms.
3. Booking and payment
Bookings are only final after confirmation and full payment. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via the payment methods we offer.
4. Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation is not possible. Tickets or bookings, once purchased, are non-refundable.
- Changes may incur change fees. Contact info@rotidag.nl for options.
- Tickets are transferable to another person.
- If the Organiser cancels, you'll receive a full refund or an alternative date.
5. Access and house rules
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or remove participants for misconduct, nuisance, aggression or breach of house rules. No refund applies in such cases.
6. Allergies and dietary requirements
Our dishes may contain traces of nuts, gluten, soy, shellfish and other allergens. Please indicate allergies and dietary requirements clearly in advance. We do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee that dishes are entirely free from specific ingredients.
7. Liability
Participation in our events is at your own risk. The Organiser is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings, or for injury during the event, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability is in any case limited to the amount of the booking.
8. Imagery
Photos and videos are taken during our events for promotional purposes. By taking part, you consent to their use. If you'd prefer not to be recognisable in imagery, let our photographer know on the spot or email us afterwards at info@rotidag.nl.
9. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, government measures, strikes), the Organiser may reschedule or cancel the event without liability for consequential damages.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in writing within 14 days of the event via info@rotidag.nl. We respond within 14 days.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law exclusively applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
