RotiCruise is an event and hospitality concept organised by WeNine B.V. and BYSFL B.V. (jointly trading as Soul Food Lovers), based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are the data controllers for the personal data collected through this concept.

• Payment data (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us)

• Messages you send via the contact form or WhatsApp

• Improving our services and website
• Meeting legal obligations

We process your data based on: (a) the performance of a contract (your booking), (b) your consent (e.g. newsletter), (c) a legal obligation, or (d) our legitimate interest.

We only share your data with processors needed for our services, such as our payment provider, email provider and hosting partner. We have data-processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data.

We do not retain your data longer than necessary. Booking and financial records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax obligations. Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of 2 years.

You have the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Email info@rotidag.nl to exercise your rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We use functional cookies to operate the website and (anonymised) analytics cookies to measure usage. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use. Our website uses TLS encryption.
